Website content
In accordance with the law, we don't create any websites with illegal content (i.e. heinous, racist, sexist, claiming the superiority of a race, a sex or a nationality). In the same way we do not create websites that contains sexual content matter in any form.
Responsibility
We are in no case responsible for the content of your website. Once your website is online, all the actions related to it are under your responsibility. If illegal or sexual contents are shown on your website, it will be removed by the host without notice and compensation.
Payment
The payment of the requested service is divided in two parts:
50% upon approval and signing of contract and 50% upon completion. Alternative payment terms are available upon request.
No transaction is refundable.
Deadline
We will endeaver to complete your website within 30 days. However, there are certain website and project that are larger in scope that require longer timelines. In these cases it will be mentioned in the contract.
The timeliness of the project completion is largely dependent on you. If the necessary information is not received within 30 days then the project will be considered complete.
Guarantee and Update
The finished site is guaranteed 100% functional. However, if errors occur we will correct them without any expenses to you up to three months after activation.
No update is included in the price of the site. If you would like to add to or update your website, contact an Anttix representative for an estimate.
Rights of ownership
Any and all domain names are the client's property. Any custom developed code is the property of Anttix, Inc. with a lifetime client license. The client has the right to a full backup of files and database at any time upon request. All designs are the client's property and can be used in any way.
Domain Transfers
We will assist the client in transfers to Anttix, Inc. for no charge. It is the client's responsibility to provided any and all website files necessary. Upon request we will transfer your domain to another web and/or hosting company for a $100 charge. This charge covers the time and effort needed to handle a smooth transition.
