You can download and use different ftp programs. A commonly used ftp program at is CoffeeCup Free FTP that is available for free on the web site of the program developer CoffeeCup.
All the instructions below describe how to ftp using the WS_FTP program. However CoffeeCup Free FTP is very similar to WS_FTP and should provide a basic understanding of the process.
To install a program double click downloaded file and follow the installation directions on your screen.
