Step 2 - Initiation

Initiation is the formal beginning of the project. Based on the information gathered in Discovery, we will provide an estimate. When the estimate is approved, then it is converted into a invoice and contract. Depending on the complexity of the website, an expected start and end date will be included.

We will also provide a list of client responsibilities. Clients are responsible for giving us the necessary information and feedback to customize the site. At this stage, 50% of the balance is required, with the remainder due upon completion and approval of the website.
