Website Design Process

Step 1 – Discovery: In this initial survey/idea-exchange, we will work together to determine the purpose and goals for your website. We will discuss marketing strategies, target audiences, and expectations. We will also determine whether Anttix is the best match for your project.

Step 2 – Initiation: Based on the information gathered in Discovery, we will provide you with an estimate for the project. If you accept the estimate, then it is converted into a contract. Based on the complexity of the project, an expected start and end date will be included.

Step 3 – Design: At this stage, a designer will gather information for creating your website's look and feel. We will utilize your feedback on several topics including: colors, impression, layout, navigation, and more. This is the ideal time to provide us with any graphics to be incorporated within the design, such as logos or photos.

Step 4 – Development: Once you have approved a design, we will begin to program your website, as well as any special systems. At this point, you will have access to your site's progress via the private Internet location.

Step 5 – Quality Assurance: Now your website is almost complete. We thoroughly review the website to ensure that everything works properly: all links are in place, graphics load correctly, content is complete, layout is exactly correct, etc. We also test the site against various browsers' platforms and computer formats. We will then ask you to complete a final review of your website prior to launching.

Step 6 – Launch: Your website will be uploaded to its server (under our hosting program or yours) and made 'live' for the world to see.

Step 7 – Marketing: We offer several additional services to help you advertise and promote your website. From search engine registration to promotional posters, we assist you in determining the best strategy for reaching your target markets.

Step 8 – Maintenance: As the Internet continues to change, the website should evolve as well. Our websites are built with dynamic structure in mind so that changes can be made quickly and easily. You may, however, opt for additional assistance with your site via a maintenance package.

Note: These steps are sequential and dependent upon each other. If we are required to return to a previous step, additional charges will be added to the contract.
